Thank you Staples for agreeing to not sell furniture with toxic flame retardants!
I am a mom and was in the market to purchase a gaming chair for my son. Unfortunately, all of the chairs that I found on other websites had flame retardant chemicals in them that seep into our bodies (chemicals have been found to be 5x more in children). You get what you pay for
-Bolsters cut into your thighs if you're a heavy person They rate this to support up to 275 lbs, but you will absolutely walk away with red marks and soreness on your legs. This is why Secret Labs heavy chairs are flat.
-Cushion wore down after 5 months, metal bar between your legs feels awful.
-Seat is tearing at edges, bolsters cutting into pleather.

Good for the most part
My chair arm rest fell off after a week and there’s no instructions to reattach it because it was already prebuilt in the box, wtf. I’m not returning it because it took well over an hour just to put it together

Do not buy these the arms break
I thought 4 of these and wish I hadn’t. The arms break with ordinary use. I’ve had to order replacement pieces for all 4 of them and 3 of them are barely used. But something else.

comfortable, but armrest breaks off
The chair is easy to set up, comfortable to use - but one armrest keeps breaking off - had to put in a larger bolt to stabilize it.

Very comfy

I would recommend this chair. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Very comfortable. My only concern was with delivery, as it was supposed to be signed for but was just left at our door.

Do not buy
The product is defective the same way as described by others- after a few months the arms fell off. Yeah, was smart enough to have purchased a warranty which got me store credit, but next time I’ll shop for a chair at Goodwill or a DAV thrift store.

Terrible Quality
Don't waste your money. I'm not an overweight person by any means. I've only had this chair for maybe 6-8 months and the seam in the seat has separated completely. Other than that, it's a comfortable chair.
