Scalloped edges!
I only buy Charmin Ultra Soft, have for years. My last package had pretty scalloped edges, but not this current package. A nice detail and hope it is a permanent thing.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE not usual great quality!
My dgtr & I tried many TP, decided your red ultra was best..that was then!bought several pkgs of 6 rolls inside.P&Gwhat happened to the quality we experienced before??this paper tears in your hand, have to use more & it’s certainly NOT the quality it used to be that was expected

Toilet paper
Expensive and clogged up my toilet. I would not recommend to others. Go to Walmart or dollar tree for toilet paper.

Smooth tear is not so smooth
I’ve used this for years and the quality is always amazing. However, the new smooth tear feature makes me not want to buy your product anymore. It DOES NOT make tearing any easier and make folding the toilet paper more cumbersome. Please go back to the straight perforations. There was nothing wrong with them.

Wavy Tear Stinks
Sorry with the 40000 survey participants, but I totally disagree that the "wavy tear" is an improvement!!! Our family never saw the point and it was recently verified when we found/used the old style "square tear" version... it is just so much easier to tear straight across with no pieces not tearing like we have experienced with the wavy stuff.

Poor quality
Thanks to my mom, I have been a fan of Charming ultra soft for as long as I could remember. I’m now 57 years old. Recently I have had difficulty finding the super mega rolls. Last week I came across the Mega XL Ultra soft that claims to have a “smooth tear”. I never noticed it was difficult to tear before. So many things wrong with this toilet paper
Horrible toilet paper! Nothing like wiping and having your fingers go through the toilet paper. To avoid this from happening you have to use a lot more toilet paper. Then it clogs your toilet. It also leaves toilet paper particles on your skin. I feel like the bear that comes home from school with the toilet paper particles stuck to its butt. Not to mention the amount o...

Although I've used, and loved, Charmin for years, I'm done. With the "improvements" the product now tears every-single-time I use it.

Make Toilet Paper Straight Again
I miss the normal tear. Why does Charmin have to push the "smooth tear" zigzag pattern. It doesn't even tear cleanly and now it's super annoying to try and fold. Why fix what isn't broken, and not even offer the option to get the original back.

Lousy "improvement"
The new wavy tear Charmin does not tear where the perforations are. On the contrary, it tears very raggedly and anywhere but whether the perforations are.
I do request that you return to the old straight perforation..

Way to expensive for toilet paper
I love charmin but it's expensive and the paper rolls are so much bigger than they use to be. I give it a 3 star because of that reason.

Every Body Goes
I have been consistently buying Charmin for over 15 years. Other brands just can't compete. I even take the travel size from years ago with me while traveling. That's how much I enjoy Charmin.

Smooth tear = Terrible Tear
I have used Charmin exclusively for 10-20 years. My last purchase was the "smooth tear". Unfortunately, it is anything but smooth.
The "Smooth Tear" is terrible. I am not sure why you would change a good product but please consider returning to the original tear.

I used this since my regular brand was out at the store. Now I know why a relative always had clogging issues. Personally I don't think it would work to filter motor oil! NON-absorbent, would not flush the first round. There goes the 1.5 GPF concept....
