Great chair for the money
Comfortable chair, perfect height in the back for me but may be a little short for my husband (I’m 5’0” and my husband is 6’1”). Installation was easy. I like the look of it in our office. Very modern and goes with our glass top desk. Arm rest and height adjustment works well.

Defective hydraulics
The chair arrived fine, assembled easily, and is comfortable. However, every week or so the hydraulics in the height adjustment fail and when I sit down the seat lowers itself to an uncomfortable position. I did not discover this problem until the return deadline had already passed, so now I am stuck with a defective product.

Great Chair
This has been a very comfortable chair. I am tall and it was one of the only chairs at the store that goes high enough for a 6'4'' guy. I don't know why other chair manufacturers think it is ok to exclude tall people in their designs. 6'4'' is not freakishly tall. But this one works for me and it is very comfortable to sit in all day for work.

Perfect fit for me
Arms and height are adjustable and I’m able to adjust as needed to fit snug against my desk which is about 27 inches from the floor. I’m very pleased!

I've used this chair daily for about 3 years now.
The seat where it attaches to the piston has become loose to the point when sitting the chair tilts to one side partially, so the left arm-rest is a few inches higher than the right.
This isn't so bad if your monitors are on mounts so you can also tilt them a few degrees to match your eyes ... but it's begun to take a...
