EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR
I have been looking for a long time to find a wrist rest like this.
This one smells EXACTLY like worms.
Not like artificial worms, but just like I went to a tackle shop, and purchased a plastic container filled with dirt and worms.
Thank you staples! Finally my wrists can smell like worms!

Returned It!
As noted by others it is not flat on the bottom and rocks. Also it slides around rather than staying in place. It was soft enough but it did not meet my needs. I returned it and purchased another brand.

It works great!
It's soft and firm. The grip on the bottom keeps it in place pretty well. I think it's been very helpful in keeping my wrist from bending too much.
