Charges Quickly & lightweight
I needed an extra charger for my new Dell laptop that has a USB-C connection. The USB-C charger it came with (130 Watts) is bulky and gets very warm when plugged in. Although this one is 65 watts, I use it to charge my laptop while it’s off & it does well (quickly to 100% for my laptop battery) without getting overheated.

Cord issues
The cord does not stay plugged in. Easily unplugs itself between the two pieces (not from the wall). This is frustrating given the cost.

Works great
Got is as a replacement for the original power cord and am so happy that it works with just a 2 prong electrical source compared to a 3 prong which is what came with the computer.

Charger need

My advice is to buy all your technology at Staples and use their Tech Support. They will provide you with extremely great service and the best products available.
