Works like a charm
The hook works very well, for bath towels or robes (assuming I can get my kids to not throw them on the floor...) It stuck even to the wallpaper in our bathroom, something I was not sure about, since it is not smooth like tile. It has been up for almost a year now, and while the boys tore a towel bar out of the wall, ankers and all, this hook has not damaged the wall,...

Don't buy!
I bought this and placed it in the wrong spot. It removed easily as promised. I drove all the way back to the store and bought the refill pack of strips. The refill pack does NOT include the piece of clear plastic that is needed on the back to try again. Now I have wasted more money, gasoline, and time.

Don’t buy it
Just like so many other people on here explain, this product snaps in half and doesn’t work. Customer service will not help you or replace the product. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Don’t buy it.

Cheap plastic.
Metal hook and adhesive are solid. The plastic part that connects the two is not. The plastic tab that holds the hook up is just too flimsy.

Weak base - Need to be able to replace this part
The clear base that attaches to the wall broke in half and has left this hook useless since it seems this part of the hook isn't available on its own to replace. Hook was fine while it lasted.

Back piece is fragile
I bought two of these to use for hanging my baby’s hooded towels in the bathroom, so nothing terribly heavy. After several months of use, one of the hooks broke off and I discovered that the tab on the plastic back piece had completely broken so the hook will no longer attach to it. I’ve never had this problem with any other type of Command hook.

Easy to use!
Love these, but the plastic backing that holds the hook snapped and I can’t seem to find a replacement for those anywhere. Do they sell replacement backing that the hook clips onto?

It didn't last forever.
I used this to hold dog harnesses. It held great for about 4 years. It was nice looking and convenient. This morning it suddenly fell down. There was no wall damage when it fell, but the back broke off so I can't put it back up.

Works so Well!!
It is great to hold caps, bags, etc. It has not failed me in the RV and it is so handy for so many different tasks.

Not rust resistant
I bought this a month ago and thought it to be the solution for hanging towels around the pool. It is not rust resistant. The hooks rusted out in the humid environment.

I bought one of these and it worked so well I had to get one for each bathroom = 3 plus 1 for the laundry room. We bought a lot of your different kinds of hooks so we would not put any holes in the new walls, Thank You.

Great design and beautiful hook.

Good looking, for medium loads and tile surface
As with most of the Command hooks, this hook looks good (chrome and is great for medium loads (4 pounds) and surfaces like tile that could be damaged by screws, nails, or other adhesives.
It can be removed as easily as it was installed.
