When it works it's good. WHEN it works right.
Not happy with this coffee maker at all. I press the 12 and sometimes only get 6 ounces of coffee. Sometimes it works right sometimes doesn't. it always gives coffee but lots of times in smaller ounces than I pressed. I've had it over a month now (thought it would reset but never did) I threw out the box it came in so figure it can't be returned. Very very unhappy w...

This is the second K 1550 that I purchased. We drink a lot of coffee(there are three of us)and it keeps up with us . Very little maintenance needed.

Keurig K-1550
We had a smaller Keurig that went out during a power surge. I ordered the K-1550 and it's exactly what we needed for our office. It's bigger and is able to accommodate us.

Fine when working but short life
This machine is advertised as supporting 15 person offices. With only 2 people it died in a few years. It was nice when it worked but it died way too soon. Can’t recommend it

Great coffeemaker
Works great. Like the wake and brew feature , lift handle insert K-cup, select size and push start will brew cup once it warms up.

The first one we purchase if last 4 months and had to be replaced. They don't make them like they used to.

This Keurig machine is great fit for our office. It was easy set up and also lightweight. When the coffee is brewing it is quieter than the old machine we had.

Downward Spiral
On the third one in less than a year. The currently failed unit lasted about a week. Disappointed that like others Keurig is just manufacturing landfill waste. I will say the coffee is good when and if it works.

The first one sent out to our office was defective. It had a short and would not work at all. Staples advantage took care of us and replaced it. The second one came fast and is fantastic. Highly recommended!
