I like the double hook. It allows me to keep towels and robes off the floor and allows them to dry after taking a shower. The brushed nickel feature looks nice and modern looking.

Great product until it wasn't
I purchased this product on more than one occasion and it worked well, until it didn't. The mounting base cracked in half. I made certain that I complied with the weight restriction. I called 800-934-7355 and 3M does not sell the mounting base nor did they have any in stock to offer as a replacement. I'm very disappointed.

Multiple Plastic Back Piece Broke Into 2
Ordered a bunch of these to use around my home, worked well until the plastic back piece that attaches to the strip broke off by itself, coming home to find jackets and hoodies on the floor because 3 of the 8 hooks plastic pieces broke in half with half of on the strip on the wall and the other on the floor. I hope Command has these replacement.

Aesthetic, Reliable, and efficient and economic.
It is well designed, and I like the sleek curvature to the hook which allows you place a variety of different items on it. Faulty Parts
I was unable to use or hang this hook because the plastic piece that the hook attaches to (and that the sticky strip gets placed on) on the back was broken. It’s disappointing you can’t buy replacement plastic pieces.

disappointed :(
I bough this to hang my empty purses on, and as soon as I put the first purse onto the hook, the entire thing came off the wall! I've had success with other command products in the past, so maybe this was just a randomly unsticky one.

Great product, semi durable.
I purchased 2 of these for towels in the kids bathrooms. The plastic backing on one broke with in the first couple months. I tried to buy a few of the backing plates for spares, but can not locate them. I bought a whole new one, hopefully last longer. Other than that great looking product and easy to install.

Nice Kitchen or Bath Temporary Hanger
The hook is metal and so far seems solid. Installation was simple and one hopes removal will be as easy and unmarking as promised. Much better than other plastic ones I've used in the past.

Unobtrusive, useful, and just the right size
I Hav used plastic "no nail" hooks before and they seemed to be to obvious and distracting on my walls.
