Love it
We love our 4010. The picture quality is excellent for both 4K and 3d movies. I really love the ability to control the focus and placement of the image using the remote. Poor Quality. I bought this in 2020, and have had several issues with it. The HDMI (HDCP2.2) port stopped working within a year after purchase, Epson replaced it with a refurbished one. Great quality, NO 4K!
The Good: Excellent build quality, great brightness, great mounting with the Chief 4000. THE BAD: The HDCP 2.2 port wouldn't work right out of the box. Spent 2 weeks troubleshooting trying different HDMI cables and different streaming platforms. ZERO luck, if you are buying this for 4k, don't bother! Really big
I actually haven't used it but based on others review and a friend that said she had one I purchased it. Also I have an older epson that is really good. However I didn't even take it out of the box. It was so heavy and big. Not ideal for me for the frequent movie nights in the summer.

Surprise!!!!
Oh boy, what a surprise!!! For the price, the 4010 is outstanding!!! The brightness and contrast, out of the box, is a marvel. Do not hesitate, you eont regret acquiring this gem!!!!

This is the first projector I've ever purchased, and for the most part I'm very pleased with it. The picture is crisp, it's easy to operate, the throw length is incredible, and the menus are straightforward. We use it for movies and regular TV viewing and it's performed like a champ. Stunning picture but HUGE
Absolutely amazing picture. Using in basement theater room so full control of light but stunning picture. Need to be aware this is a massive projector physical side wise.

Beautiful, Bright, Vibrate Colors and Deep Blacks
I upgraded from a 10 year old Epson Home Cinema 8350 and what a change! Very happy with the 4010. I love that the vents and intake are no longer on the back and that it has the automatic lens shield.

My eyes could not believed the greatness of this product!
I was hesitant to buy this product because of the price. I installed it and my mind was amazed on the quality and the greatness of this product. The picture is so perfect it makes you want to go to the projector screen and touch it. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants quality pictures.

Amazing.
4k is 4k iam enjoying watching my movies. Only downside its so big. But since iam not moving it anywhere it stays in my room iam ok with it.
