Greatest pens ever!
These pens are great and the 0.5 mm tip is perfect. No smearing. I will buy nothing else going forward.

Poor Function/Inferior Product
I've bought a box of these pens twice, 6 months apart. Usually soon after using they start writing intermittingly like they are running out of ink. I end up throwing them away. Their return policy says 30 days. Not realistic since I always buy a box of pens ahead of time. Also for such a low cost item its not worth my time. But now I've had to throw away 2 boxes ...

Best Pens Ever!
Nice thick easy gel roll, beautiful deep blue, and the whole pen is made of the soft grip material. I now refuse to use any other pen.

Good option for personal and professional writing

I haven't used the blue pens much, but the black one of this model does seem to leak a lot. I'm not sure why. But that's my only issue. Thanks!

Just okay.
This pen feels great in your hands- it's a little weighted, which I like- but the ink sometimes does not come out when writing- which is not desirable.

I Like These Pens
I've been using True Red pens for about 2 years and like the medium point. I also like the retractable pen and that the ink dries quickly. I got the red and don't like it as much, but like the turquoise. Unfortunately, I can't find a box of turquoise, only sets with other colors.

Physician favorite!
When we needed to make some adjustments to spending, we tried these pens and when we needed to secure signatures from our physicians for administrative documents, they loved them and never returned them. I had other physicians ask me for this pen that doesn't smudge.
