Refurbished Brother Printer
Received it on time, The printer was in pretty much original packaging, very clean, in fact, like new. Couldn’t tell if it was used or not until I printed a test page and it said it had printed about 20 pages.
Happy with the process and trust purchasing a Brother printer even if it is refurbished from Staples.

Does not stay connected
The wireless connection is problematic. Have to set it up every day.

This Thing was a problem
This thing was plagued with problems. I plugged it in and it tripped the circuit breaker in my house. I should mention that I plugged it in at the same spot my old Brother printer had been for YEARS. Solid printer to solve ink drinker problems
East to set up and works without a hiccup. Much prefer it over our HP that always seemed to be "performing maintenance" and was constantly asking for ink cartridges despite us using mostly Black ink. This was a great solution.

Best small laser on the planet
Inexpensive but not cheap. They have left this design pretty much unchanged unlike the MFC's that they keep "improving"..... been using this design for close to 20 years for invoice and label printing. FYI to configure it from your computer you have to get the password from the little sticker on the back of the unit (please hire English translators)

Communication Problems
This printer never wakes up from sleep mode automatically. Every time a print job is sent to it, it errors out. I have to manually wake up the printer before sending anything to it, or let it error out, manually reset it and then resend the print job. Perfect For Home Or Small Office
The perfect monochrome printer for the home or small office. I bought a refurbished one and it is just like new. Prints fast and fairly quietly. Setup was easy and though a little hard to connect to wifi it is not really difficult. Very happy with my purchase.

Fast, Reliable and clear printing. By far best solution replacing color ink printer (where we never use color). Prints with Draft Mode very clearly (better than a Ink-Jet.

The printer arrived in a “refurbished” box, but otherwise looked new. It came with a “starter” toner cartridge, and setup was easy from the built-in screen.
