Staples has some major issues going on with shipping. This is the second time in a row I have ordered from them and I have only received part of my order. Ripoff
The ink cartridges we bought, although the proper ones, are apparently broken and will not work. Only then do we find out that because we trusted Staples and tried to use then and do not have the box, we cannot return them for a refund. What a ripoff. Last time i buy from Staples.
