Too Sharpie
Really liked the "extra fine" markers. Unfortunately they discontinued and the "ultra fine" wear out too soon.

Great for marking up house plans
Our design team prefers these markers for marking up the house plans during the design process. They are able to show all the electrical, plumbing and other fixtures by color code easily. These markers do not smear and the ink stays put. They are the ones that the design team always asks for. They are a great tool for precise information in a small space.

Can't beat the original Sharpie brand
In our daycare we use these both as markers and pens. But they write smooth, don't bleed, and overall write very nicely.
