Awesome product!
This is a great cup that works very well! I am thankful that Staples offers this amazing product. Otherwise, I would have to spend time shopping for an eco-friendly cup, you made it easy! Have to double up cups
We deal mostly with elderly patients and when we make them a cup of hot coffee we have to double up the cups since the cups are very hot to hold.

Very thin and not for hot liquids
Yeah will not buy again. Not made for any hot drinks, it goes right threw the cup and burns he hand.

Too hot to handle
These cups are too hot to use once you have poured a hot beverage into them. Using another cup as a holder doesn't make them very cost efficient.

Good cups, But...
As others have said, a little too hot. (Yes, they say contents is hot, so I was expecting it). This review is more of a reminder for people to buy sleeves to use with these cups. I did. Problem solved.
