I brought my printer over a month ago. the auto feeder all ready stop working . I was really disappointed in this printer.

Great printer - but printer cord not included
These are great printers. This is the 5th I have purchased for our company. Ink is cheaper, heads don’t clog (because self cleaning), easy to do envelopes in the bypass feeder. But now a printer cable is not included in the box. In that such was a surprise to me, I rate 4 stars instead of 5.

HP has a better printer
Unit failed to connect to internet Customer service/tech support was no help. Returned unit for refund.

Happy with Purchase
Setting up the printer was easy when reading and following the instructions. It prints well, and it's easy to use. I researched many printers, read many reviews, and I'm so glad I purchased the Epson EcoTank ET-M1170 printer!

Does not connect to MacBook Ai
Despite calls to tech support at Epson, the printer does not connect to my 2.4G network. Epson suggested that I use a cable to make a one-time connection, but does not supply the cable. Unfortunately, it is going back.

Awesome printer. Epson rocks!
Epson has it going on way above any of their competitors. Easy to set up, it prints very fast and does not smudge and skip like other brands do. The new ink bottle rather than cartridges is the way to go. No mess if you follow directions. The printer is at opposite end of house and always prints. B&W with great grayscale
This printer is exactly what I was looking for. Crisp black and white peinting with great grayscale. Economical in that it boes Not waste color ink when a black and white print will do. I would highly recommend this printer where color printing is not needed, which is 90+ percent of what I need.

pint speed comparable to laser printer
I purchased this to replace my HP1320 laser printer. I print between 250-400 pages a week. It prints just as fast as my old laser printer and the ink is not expensive. I am very happy with this purchase.

Time Waster
The printer is great. BUT to be able to print from a guest computer or phone. You must install the drivers on the computer or download the app on your phone.
