Great so far - Highly Recommend -
Cyberpower SX950U looks to be another great Cyberpower product.
Easy to use - Plug it in, plug items to be protected in and let it do it's thing protecting against surges and power losses.
This is my second Cyberpower Battery Backup and so far they do a great job protecting plus they have a very cool display to see what's going on with the unit and the power line.

Much less battery life than advertised
This unit does not perform as expected. After three attempts at an overnight charge I can only get it to power a 13 watt light for 2 hours.

Got what I ordered
It is what I expected. One positive was that the UPS was delivered by staples for free and early in the day. Otherwise it was a normal transaction with a stationary store

Decent UPS for a decent price.
I needed a UPS for a back up on essential monitoring equipment that could handle the wattage requirements, without having to spend a ridiculous amount of money.

Simple!
Simple setup, straightforward design, good value for the VA rating. The free downloadable software to view UPS status (including load) via the included USB cable is a nice feature.

great for the price
I have had many UPS systems over the years, they all did the job perfectly. Only downside is you probably will only get 3 years out of it to the day and for the cost to replace the battery you can spend a little more and get a brand new warrantied unit. So the old one goes into the recycling heap.

Still new, so far so good
Hard to give a review on product like this because it requires the test of time but you've asked... Good price, fast delivery from Staples. Charged up well. I went with this one as a replacement to get back to the "heavy brick-style" UPS. I've had 2 fails on an APC "lightweight" standing model, one causing TV death.
