Great product. Wouldn't do without.
We purchased these form our business office PCs, phone & network. The first day of use we had a power blink. These kicked right in and our systems never skipped a beat.

Beeps all the time
I have a computer and some speakers hooked up to this UPS and it beeps every day. It gets overloaded very easily.

Okay so far
This is replacing one that died after 11 years. Same brand this one is a lot lighter. Hopefully it lasts a long time too.

Good, but not quite spec
Had used this for two weeks. Attempted full discharge with full load. Got about 70~80% of spec usage.

It's too soon to tell how it will perform in a power failure, but I expect it will give us time to shut down our connected devices before the battery life has expired. It seems like a very capable unit.

Less than perfect
At least when new, the unit seems to work as expected, with one exception. I tested with no load and the fast beep came on after less than an hour. Cyberpower's customer service told me the battery was bad and I could get a replacement unit. I returned it to the nearest Staples store. They gave me no hassle and shipped a new one at no additional cost. 5 stars for Staple...

Great UPS, plenty of well spaces outlets, light, with a small footprint.
Personal Power Panel software installation support poor.
Installed Power Panel (not necessary for UPS operation) witch failed to start. Sent App Event log to support waited a week for a response of "reinstall latest release", which is obviously installed if the event log was looked at.
