Clean and Dry
I love the touchless paper towel dispenser from Coastwide. Easy to attach on the wall and easy to fill. A clean and dry experience.

Junk
The automatic option doesn't work well at all. The batteries die extremely fast. You can push for a manual option but paper towel gets jammed often. We have had about 10 break in less than a year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK!

Will work for a while
This dispenser will work for a while but will ultimately stop feeding towels. I am starting my second round of replacements in 3 years with limited occupancy since COVID and WFH.

Our opinion is still out.
We are now on our third unit of this model. There are many people that have access to the dispenser and not sure why the holder clips keep breaking. I WILL SAY, thus far, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT!!!!! Every time I call, there has never been an issue with getting the unit replaced and shipping has always been within 3 to 5 days.

Threading paper towel roll
Took much less time to mount on wall than to understand the correct loading process for paper towel rolls.
