Absolute Garbage
DON’T BUY! The first delivery arrived broken and to Staples credit the replacement came quickly but the second time they were also broken even though the box was in good shape. The plastic is super thin and doesn’t come close to the quality of similar ones bought from Staples previously.

Functional box, but the lid is not very secure
This file box does the job for storing documents, but the lid tends to pop off when the box is lifted, which makes it less practical for moving or stacking. It’s fine for shelf storage, just don’t rely on the lid to stay put.

Very brittle! Don't buy
I'm very disappointed with this model (ST57623). One box cracked when removing from package. Two shattered when I tripped over them the first day. I thought these would be like the 4 boxes I purchased from Staples several years ago (don't know that model #) which have never been damaged after being transported/stacked many times over the years. Very flimsy
About these to put away some files one was broken when it got here and I could imagine me picking up one of these files were needed and the handles breaking off. So I returned all 16 gonna stick with my bankers boxes.

Not very durable and cracks easily
This can hold pendaflex folders and is decent for filing paperwork, but the plastic is easily cracked and not very durable. If you were using this to store soft clothing items it may work, but if you plan on storing anything heavy this would not be a good option.

1 of 4 was delivered broken
I ordered 4 and when they were delivered, 1 was broken. Staples did refund for that one when I returned it. Otherwise, they are decent quality, but lids are a little on the thin side so you have to be careful when stacking them.
