Backup drive
It replaced the same drive that just stopped working. But after many years so I cannot complain.
Reliable drive. Windows just stopped recognizing it. Still spun up. My guess was an mbr issue but drive is cheap enough to replace.

Always impressed by WD, great quality. Easy to use, just plugged in to my windows laptop and it was ready to use. Decent transfer speeds.

Convenient and does its job
So far I have had no issues with this hard drive. Transferring files to and from it moves very quickly and it is very quiet and light.

Password pain.
I like the portable drive but I had a serious problem getting the password protection to work. It seems WD has changed the way to initiate the password and the new way stinks.

Great size, very portable, easy backup and restore utility. You can also make a folder and copy file to the drive for temporary use if you need to.
