very firm
This cushion is lightweight but is so firm and inflexible it does not contour to support your body at all, even kneeling on it barely leaves a dent. It is very uncomfortable; it does not provide any padding or cushioning. A board with a layer of bubble wrap would provide more cushioning and comfort than this cushion.

Seat cushion
This is not what I was looking for. I need a cushion that will be firmer in order to sit higher in a car seat. This cushion starts out at 3” thick - when you sit on it, it conforms to your seat but doesn’t give any higher seated height. I’m looking for something that will add to seated height.
