We are using this paper in a high-speed b&w printer and have had no paper jams with this paper.

Warning paper quality has changed April 2022
Be aware if you have bought this paper in the past it has changed and is not the same quality. I buy cases of this paper all the time for my business. The last case I bought in April 2022 is awful. The paper weight is much lighter and thinner than a comparable ream from an earlier case. The paper is too thin and is constantly jamming in the copiers and fax machines....

A4 size is the best size
A4 paper is the most common size paper in the world. It is not often used and is hard to find here in the U.S. The size is 210mm x 297mm. Please forgive Staples for wanting to give the dimensions in inches. A4 is slightly narrower and longer than U.S. Letter and is scalable with every A size paper including itself. papers ordered
the ream showed up quickly as needed to print tickets for europe trip but wish the ream had been smaller ie only needed 20 pieces of paper not 500 and this paper is not sold in store.

But Staples had the size paper I needed and was able to deliver it in time for when I needed it. Other online sites did not offer options to meet my deadline.

Good paper but not found in store....
Paper itself is 5 stars but it not being sold in store deserves only 3 stars. Not sure why it's not in stores, as much of the international legal documentation uses metric, but at least the option to get it online is available.

When you need/want A4 paper
Good quality A4-size paper. I use this instead of US Letter because it is the world standard. Much better quality than the A4 paper sold at Daiso.
Weird that "A4" is nowhere in the Description, though it did pop up when I searched for A4.
