Poor Quality Product NO Customer service.
I never tried going through Staples to repair or replace.

Do not recommend
I've used this chair for over 4 days.It was initially soft and comfortable, but its cushions are already not functioning properly, particularly in the upper part. Staples won't take returns which are self-assembled. I regret buying this chair despite its nice blue color.

Feels good
The four caps that cover the screw holes on the sides of the chair were ill fitting. They were a little mutilated by the time I got them in, and one I had to remove and throw away.

It would be a 5 star except the tilt forward and back stops just before the straight upright position. I need that for my horrible back problems. I can sit nicely for 4 - 5 hours with breaks. When you buy a chair online it is crucial that the measurements shown online are accurate. Nice looking but hard as a rock
Disappointed in comfort for a la-z boy chair. Chair is not very comfortable I made a mistake and threw away the box or I would have returned it. I bought a gel pad hoping it would help but so far no.

Chair took a week to arrive. When it did, a critical piece was missing and it still sits unassembled on my office floor. Filed a warranty claim to get the piece - they waited a week to request further documentation, all while I thought the part was on the way. Hoping I'll enjoy the chair, once I finally get to use it.

My salesperson really made a good recommendation for this chair. It is a heavy duty made for extra weight. Very comfortable to use. I am 72" and 285 lbs.

Comfy chair--squeaks a little
Really like the chair and find it super comfortable. I have some lumbar back pain and I get adequate support from this chair. I love the color of it! The only thing I don't like is that the leather squeaks when moving around in the chair and adjusting your position.
