the 1 star person didn't know that this was SOAP!!!!
This product is likely fine. The person who gave it 1/5 stars thought it was lotion...It's soap. so You use water and wash hands with it. The comments made by them make it clear they didn't understand how to use SOAP. I flagged their comment.

Tried multiples and this won
My company tried several different types of antibacterial bulk handsoap and this one got the most praise. The biggest complaint was that some said it kind of smelled like (unsoiled) baby diapers.
