Bluetooth printer requires USB cable to print ?!
I'm unhappy with this purchase since it's not what I expected.
I thought this was a wireless printer but a USB cable is required to print from a PC.
Bluetooth is only for mobile devices, like an iPhone.
I'm actually surprised and in disbelief, suspecting that it might be possible but it's certainly not intuitive if possible. I'd really like to be contacted if it's p...

Works but confusing
The product works...once you figure it out. Brother user instructions are opaque..but that's not new. This product tries to solve too many problems and comes off as overkill for the job at hand. The biggest complaint is the labels are not centered...and there seems to be no way to fix that.

Keeps Disconnecting
I’m Labeling my office files, and used 2 Label Cassettes already…
It’s taking sometimes 5+ min. Between Prints, the Bluetooth Unpairs or it shuts off. I’m spending too much time re Pairing & turning On again.
I could not find how to keep it from shutting down after 5 min. Of not Printing…

the printer is great, the app is NOT
i choose this printer for work, and it was a let down because there is no support behind it, and some bugs could be easily resolve.
