I'm not sure if it's the clock or the cards, but we can't track our time that well due to the cards being rejected by the time clock. Our employees will attempt to clock in with their card and it spits it out. Another employee can clock in just fine with their card. It's sporadic.

Works Great, Too many options
The uPunch time clock is very easy for employees to use. However, the programming leaves a bit to be desired as the "breaks" code is 2-part and a bit confusing.

Product was exactly what I ordered and needed
I received my order on 10/29/18 thank you since I didn’t receive it the first time when I ordered it .The cards will work great in are machine. Thank you for getting my order to me and the person who assist me was very nice and friendly.

Exactly what I hoped for.
Wasn't sure of what I was ordering until I saw the picture and used a magnifying glass to see the order number on the bottom of the time card. The description wasn't clear so went by the picture. I was a bit nervous that it wouldn't be the right kind, but they are what we needed.

uPunch Time Cards for HN400
Cards came in different color then my original purchase and I think it is to have us buy more every year instead of stocking up. Other than that the cards are awesome way to keep track of time.

Easy Set-Up
We got this for out catering company and figure it would be easy for our employees. Pretty simple to use and even calculates the total hours worked. The only issue is that if our staff works past 11:59pm on say a Saturday it will clock them out on Sunday instead on that Saturday since it is no longer Saturday even though it is their Saturday work day.
