WARNING: Dont buy gift cards from Staples - Deceitful customer service
I was expecting immediate delivery of gift card and called customer service 3 times to know when I will receive it, as I was waiting at OldNavy store to purchase clothes. Finally decided to cancel the order within a couple of hours of ordering it and the customer servive agent confirmed that it was cancelled. However, 2 days later I received the egift card in email.
