Hi Mr. ole, thanks for sharing your experience with Nest Audio. We do apologize for the connection issue with your Bose smart speaker. Resetting Nest Audio may help improve the connectivity issue. A factory reset will reset your Nest Audio to its default factory settings. To reset, check on the back of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Audio, near the top. After five seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting. If the issue persists, please consider contacting our support team. If you’re referring to pairing your Nest speaker as a soundbar, we don't officially support pairing Nest speakers with TV with Chromecast built-in as an audio output for video playing on the TV. You may get it to work a few times, but we can't guarantee that it will always pair successfully. We suggest submitting a feedback using the keywords Pairing Nest speakers with Chromecast devices for video, using the Google Home app or voice command.
