I used this so that the group I work with who are in treatment for substance abuse could write down where they wanted to be mentally in 10 weeks at the end of our 10-week session. They wrote their goal and sealed their paper in a brightly colored envelope. On the outside they printed the date to be opened. The women were very excited to participate in this activity.
