Great Warranty and Assistance
I took this suitcase on one trip and when I landed to my destination I was shocked when I saw this huge dent on the corner! This was only for the first part of my trip! I reach out to dukap and see what they can do since I have a free 2 year warranty. The suitcase was lightweight and easy to navigate, however, the dent threw me off! Don't buy
The wheels don't roll very well at all. I'm not sure , if this was just a defect or if it's all of the suitcases.

Yikes
Purchased the piece at a great price, that should have been the first warning. Support was great, had an issue with the wheel posts not spinning while all 4 were touching the ground. They asked for some pictures, and proof of purchase, and sent me 4 new wheels. They had the same issue, but a bit of WD-40 fixed that quick.
