Mom of a happy gamer
Before we purchased the Netgear AX4 Wi-Fi router my son complained daily about lagging and the download time. After the purchase he lets me know how happy he is, no lagging and the download time is one third the time. Happy son, happy mom.

Review title? I'm not sure what you are asking.
Have had it less than a week. Installation instructions are not very good. Might be fine for a computer techy person but for me, not good at all. Need more detail in setting it up and what the 5 lights are for and especially the status of those light when OFF, different Color and when they are blinking. Still have problems with losing the internet/Wi-Fi occasionally...

No one at Staples or at Netgear stated that this router would not work with business internet based devices. However, after three days, it only worked for my desktop computer and Firestick TV. The manufacturer had no solution to make it work with an IP Phone.
Had to return item for a refund.

NETGEAR AX1800 Router
It refuses to pick up my favorite Live TV Channel, Montana PBS Live TV is which only 83 miles from Butte, MT and instead forces me onto a Colorado Live TV Channel which I don't want. It is the only Live PBS channel I can get with that Router. WHY?

A Solid Router at a Good Price
I replaced an old Netgear with this one. Even though the previous had failed, they are still one of the best in the business as far as router companies. It works well supporting multiple streaming TVs, phones and other devices

Faulty Equipment
The setup of the NetGear router was unsuccessful. I called NetGear Tech support for assistance. They attempted to troubleshoot and resolve the issue; however, after 2hours on the phone, I was advised that the router was faulty and should be returned to the retailer. There was nothing more they could do.
