Delivery date not as promised
They promise next day, but my scanner will not be here for 4 days. i would not ordered from them if I knew the true shipping date. Need this in my office asap.

Product Specs Inaccurate
I was looking for a scanner that could scan 11" x 17" paper. Specs stated that it could scan 11" x any but that is not the case. I did not use it but it does seem nice but because it could not scan the size I need, I will be returning.

Amazing!
Excellent scanning capabilities, easy to use, efficient, detailed, and recognizes potential errors quickly for trouble shooting. Anyone that doesn't have one in the office sneaks over to use mine, all the time.

Scans Well But Software Is Cumbersome
It does the essential job well -- scanning. Very fast, clear image, no jamming. The software is cumbersome, and the instructions on the screen and online seem to be written by someone who's native language is not English, so a bit awkward but manageable. Perfect way to keep your stuff organized
I have been paperless in my home environment for a couple of decades now and have been using scansnap products for nearly that entire span. This newest version has a lot of useful capabilities that make the scan and store process easy for me. The only downside is that the wireless connectivity is impossible to configure.

OMG I love this scanner
I keep this on my desk at work. This thing has some sort of magical fairy living inside of it - it scans ridiculously fast and never misses a page.

Scansnap iX1600 touch screen scanner is dependable
I replaced a previously purchased older Scansnap scanner for tax records recording. The older one was quite dependable and so is this one. I have never had a jam on a Scan snap scanner. Excellent product
I love the ScanSnap iX1600. Previously, I was using a printer/fax/scanner combo. The ScanSnap is superior! I save so much time because it is speedy and accurate. I highly recommend purchasing one.

Great scanner but it can't print the scan directly to the pr
I needed to replace my ScanSbap 500 scanner as the firm was no longer going to support it. The scanner is super fast but sometimes the quantity of the scan is lacking. Then again I have it set to automatic. What I really miss is the inability to scan something and direct it to a printer. Yes, I can save it and pull it up and print it, but it's an additional step.
