Disappointing
Not an accomplished audiophile, just a return customer from a prior purchase of the 660NC live model that couldn’t justify the price point of those again. Repeated email contact about reviews has led to this. If a large component of the marketing (and features on the site) are ambient aware and talk-thru, which are impossible to access. Bit disappointing
Rebought these as I lost my last pair and love them. Glitchy though. Sound drops out of the right side, low white noise, clicking loads. Bit disappointed. Only just bought.

Durable
I use them while I do construction work. Dropped off a roof several times and worked great. I also left them in the rain for 2 days.

Works amazing the controls and noise cancelling works perfectly. For some reason even when fully charged they turn themselves off even if they are still playing sound/connected to my phone

This little quirk
I got these a few months ago as a present and the foam on the earpieces keep coming off also sound cuts out randomly.

Great headphone - while they last
I bought these headphones. Great product until they simply stopped working after 2 years and 1 month. Just wouldn't turn on.
Terrible value because they didn't last.
Mine were in as new condition when they failed.
JBL had no interest in a warranty repair or replacement

Love the fit!
I actually love these headphones. The noise cancelling is good and works better than expected for the price. I thought these might be made for children when I saw the smaller size but they actually are comfortable and work well with my ears. Very happy with this purchase and can highly recommend them.

ANC is the most comfortable one I have ever tried.

Good headphones
I bought this few weeks ago and I'm happy. Good sound (as you expect from JBL) for very good price. Noise cancelling works well. Maybe this is not top model but doing the job.

More than expected, amazing on ear headphones
I was surprised by the compliance of the noise cancellation function that I didn't expect much because it was on ear headphones, and the sound quality, volume, and Sound space are excellent. And the fit was comfortable without any inconvenience even after long use. I think it's better than my JBL 760NC.

Good, (for 5 months until they broke)
Stopped working after 5 months, connects then randomly disconnects after 1-5 minutes, sometimes you can't even hear anything

Unbearable
Unless you have a small ear, do NOT buy these head phones. You will be in pain within minutes. I recommend an oval shape if you are purchasing an over the ear headphone.

This unit is an on-ear headphones that are designed to sit lightly on top of your ears rather than around or over them. If it's tight, you may adjust the headband of the headphones or you might want to check our over-ear models which fully enclose your ears with padded cups.
