Inks are expensive. Difficult to get extended use
Far too expensive, AND the G-D printer - MFC-J35645 DW - does not last a a year before you have to start putting ink in - I got only about 8 months - home use...not a home office. I would never recommend a Brother printer from this experience.

If I don't use the printer for a week the plugs up and I have to run the cleaning cycle. That takes time and more ink . These cartridges are WAY OVER PRICED. I can buy a new printer instead, and it wouldn't be the same brand.

Actually I haven't installed it yet because the original one is still printing just fine. I love the amount of print I get from Brother devices. Good quality, efficient.

Good quality - sticking with name brand!

Product fine, fulfillment awful.
The product is fine. The fulfillment was not. Ordered refills via the Brother website, order said the item was in stock. Asked for 2 day shipping. Product did not ship for approximately 15 days from original order date. There was no mention while ordering that it would take that long to ship. Would have ordered from somewhere else if we knew.

Loved the fact that I could pick up the cartridge from an actual store! Not have to wait for it to be delivered or stolen by porch thieves. ;-) Best of all NO AI saying things like: “I didn’t understand that…” Only HUMAN interactions.
