Keeps losing it's connection, showing errors.
It keeps losing it's connection, showing errors. Windows repair has had to run twice. I'm on the verge of returning it.

Functional but a little slow
It's getting harder to find 8 TB detachable drives for Macs. But this one was in my hands 24 hrs after ordering, and it worked straight out of the box. On the other hand, it's the slowest 8 TB backup I've owned (about 45 MBytes/s). That's fast enough for overnight, but I wouldn't mind having a faster transfer rate as my data volume increases.
