Fixed in place
My main problem with this table lamp is that the top arm can not be moved up or down as it fixed in place. It is difficult to illuminate things on a desk when the lamp doesn’t cooperate. I give it some points because the phone charging feature is nice but the Alexa and color changing features are useless.
