Couldn't live without these things. I use them constantly and I just love getting the brand new ones.

Not as sticky anymore
Not nearly as good as they used to be. They've lowered the quality so you need to buy mats more frequently. My mats are mainly used for HTV. I get maybe 1/6 of the use of one than I had previously. Super disappointed.

Horrible Quality for Price
Quality of mats is not what it used to be. These are flimsy and brittle. They warp so easily and the blades cut into the mat more than they should, despite reduced pressure. I can't get more than 2-3 uses out of them. Quality had gone downhill and makes me regret I purchased a Cricut.

Have not received my mats
I Have not received mats or any tracking info but online my order shows processing I hope I still get them since it was very difficult to get them ordered. Even after I received two emails saying back in stock and when I quickly went to order they were showing out of stock again. I continued to request notification when back in stock.

Never got the mats
Never got the mats even though of course the $ were immediately taken from my credit card. Weeks went by with no response from Cricut. Finally had to call and fight to get the $ refunded. Wow Cricut!

Mats are awesome however not shipped from 1/6
Ordered these mats when they came back in stock on Jan 6, 2025. However, I am still waiting for them to be shipped. The money had already been removed from my bank account as well. Called customer service beginning of February and the agent stated that the mats will ship within the next 7 days however still waiting on shipping confirmation code. I know they are a popula...

WELL!!!! That's a sore subject. I ordered them because they were back in stock and 3 weeks came and went and I finally called and they were out of stock again. I really needed them for a upcoming scrapbook retreat and well I didn't get them. I was refunded the money but it was the product I needed.
