So excited to get my cricket joy bundle! It was quick and easy to set up and use.

I almost cried
The first 2 cards that I made came out beautifully. However, the next 12 did not. I did everything called the helpline to troubleshoot. Replaced the card mat and the blade. Then the lil bugger decided to just stop working all together. I wasted so much time and money all in 1 day. I finally gave up I’m 100% returning.

Not what I expected
This machine is extremely basic. You cannot make custom labels. This does not have a print then cut feature. This machine can only cut or draw with a pen. You cannot design anything with a real picture.

New Cricut Joy
My original Joy had bad rubber rollers and after support I was offered 10% discount for a new Joy. I paid $142 for a new Joy, however, when the Joy finally arrived Cricut had Joy on sale for $99. I immediately called Cricut and was told they only offered rebate for extra that I paid for 7 days. What! I got the e-mail about the sale on the day my new Joy was delivered! C...

Great machine with one flaw
Great little machine for smaller projects. I have the explore but like making cards and dragging out the big machine to do a single card was a hassle. My only complaint is that the part of the plug that plugs into the machine likes to come loose which can be frustrating.

Awesome card bundle!
I love this set as there are multiple color choices for main cards, inserts and pen colors. This assortment opens up an array of choices for making beautiful cards.

I immediately started having connection issues with the joy and quickly was unable to connect at all. Customer service is very nice but ultimately are not helpful. Frustrated
I've owned my Cricut Joy for a few years now and although, when it works, it works great, most of the time it is a struggle to get it to connect and accept the vinyl I'm using. Won’t stay connected to Bluetooth
Won’t stay connected to Bluetooth. I made two support calls and was able to connect both times but I have too unplug and replug and mess with the Bluetooth settings every time I try to connect
