I had to buy replacement black and color ink cartridges for my new Canon TS6420a printer/copier and the 260-261 separate cartridges are the only ones Staples stocks, they did not have the dual pack that I know is also available and is less costly. Buying the individual cartridges is too costly. They work and are easy install but cost too much. This purchase cost me more...

I wanted the larger cartridge the 261xl but you did not have it in stocks. I would love to have it in stocks and be notified when you get it in. Also black 260xl for a Canon printer

Long waits and high prices
Every line takes FOREVER. Staff are always trying to dissuade you from using any coupons. Everything is overly expensive.

You delivered to my neighbor again
I think you need to check into your service that delivers his house number is not close to my house number and again he was out of town and I have been to look over there and there was my delivery can you do something about it?

I found it at Staples in Lakeland. However there was no black ink in stock, and I bought the last Tricolor, and it was just Standard size, not the extra capacity. Concerned about refills.
