Disappointing
The amount of ink in these cartridges is disappointing. The cartridges for my previous Canon printer lasted much longer than these do and now I have to order Hi Yield cartridges which do not come in a bundled pack to print as many pages as before.

Runs out of ink way too soon
Disappointing that the XL is worse than the regular cartridge. I barely got more than about 25 copies before the cartridge alerts its almost out of ink. So costly and so few copies.

Ink never leaves smudge marks
I like this ink because, no matter how many pages I print at one time, the ink on the pages dries fast enough not to transfer or stick to the next page that prints immediately after it. I just wish that the ink didn't cost so much.

Next day delivery took 5 days
When ordered I was told it would be next day delivery which is the reason that I ordered it online. Ordered on Sunday night which would’ve had it to me on Monday. Did not receive it until Friday.

Had to order this thru their website even though the website showed the product was available at the store. According to the store inventory, they did not have it in stock. The whole ordering process took close to a week, otherwise the pricing was good.
