Disappointing
The amount of ink in these cartridges is disappointing. The cartridges for my previous Canon printer lasted much longer than these do and now I have to order Hi Yield cartridges which do not come in a bundled pack to print as many pages as before.

Next day delivery took 5 days
When ordered I was told it would be next day delivery which is the reason that I ordered it online. Ordered on Sunday night which would’ve had it to me on Monday. Did not receive it until Friday.

Had to order this thru their website even though the website showed the product was available at the store. According to the store inventory, they did not have it in stock. The whole ordering process took close to a week, otherwise the pricing was good.

Best for me

I needed printer ink and the store did not have what I needed.....so they ordered me some (in store) and it was delivered to my home the next day. Since they didn't have it in store I paid no shipping/handling etc. and getting it that quickly was awesome -- I was out and needed it . Love the Staples service -- in store and online.
