Inadequate product
Why am I unable to buy any black ink cartridge LC401.I have done my research and ready to order the corresponding machine, but why would I if I can’t buy black cartridges. I have looked at four different places to order and all are out of stock. I need the machine now, and I can’t have it run out of ink with no cartridges available to purchase.

Very vibrant color and easy to install!
Brother LC401 ink is easy to use. Just pop cartridge into your printer and it’s that easy! It’s compatible with my printer and was so easy to set up! The print quality is nice and doesn’t smudge once printed! It prints roughly 200 pages with just one cartridge!

Never got this order
Never received this order. My boss bought this for my work and I was in charge of purchasing. I never received this order as it was shipped to California. I live in Utah. No such luck.

Printed a couple of pages now my printer says no ink and won't print. Don't know if this was old ink or what. Stay away from Brother j1010dw printer. Didn't think there could be anything worse than an HP printer, but this is it. Stay away from Brother products! Will never buy a Brother product again.

possible class action
Meeting with a law firm this morning to see if this is grounds for a class action lawsuit the no ink issues is way out of hand. should not be selling this printer for one time use trying to force a ink subscription.
