There was no directions in the box and no blade in the cutter. Very disappointed.

Westcott Trimmer
The Westcott is better quality trimmer than previous ones we’ve used. I like the paper lockdown feature which enables the user to cut items more uniformly. The only issue is the limited number of sheets you may trim at once.
Personally, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this product again.

Poor Cut Quality
Purchased the Westcott Carbo Titanium Rotary Trimmer to trim my glossy paper project. This product did absolutely nothing in cutting my material. I actually had to look to ensure that a blade was actually installed. I will be returning.

Doesn't Cut
Could not cut even a single sheet of 28 lb paper. Disappointing. Returned trimmer for one with a cutting arm.

Terrible Product
The box says “designed for cardstock” and then “up to 12 pages”. That’s false. With 12 pages I out all 260lbs of force onto it and it couldn’t cut it. 3 pages was the max and my arms were sore afterwards. It would take 3-4 passes to cut through that. If it weren’t past my return period, I’d take it back.

Okay - but I prefer the guilllotine trimmer
There were a few times when it was difficult to measure and figure out where to cut due to the design of the rotary trimmer. it was sometimes difficult to get the cut straight. I returned this trimmer for and xacto with the blad that comes down (guillotine and not rotary) which will better serve my needs.

It took a while to get the handle on using the cutter. It works fine after that

Do Not Purchase
Purchased to cut our insurance cards before laminating and this is by far the worst paper trimmer I've ever used. The blade was dull, would not cut through the max number of sheets recommended and leaves ragged edges and did not cut in a straight line. Returning for a regular guillotine paper cutter. Also, came with no instructions.

There were no instructions in the box and I tried several times to figure out where the cutter was. I could never correctly cut my papers. I returned it for a traditional paper cutter.

Do not use for paper over 110lb
I purchased this for a last minute project. The printing desk used 110lb gloss paper to print out the icons that I needed to cut out. Unfortunately, when I got home, I learned that this paper cutter wasn't sturdy enough to cut through such thick paper. It barely made a perforation and when it did, it left a jagged edge when I pulled the "cut" piece of paper off. Luc...

The design is poor
I wouldn’t recommend this for any heavy use. After the first few cut, the blade was already dull

No quality control
I bought this trimmer thinking that if i spent a little more money i would have a better product. The first trimmer cut nicely but the clamps that hold the paper down did not operate properly. Not a problem. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for one of the three left on the shelf. Trying again to get my project done the clamps worked nicely but the wheel woul...

Doesnt cut straight with more than one sheet
We tried this on 4 sheets of 28 lb paper and couldn't get it to cut straight. It seemed to work better on one sheet of paper but its rated for 10 sheets. We plan to return it.

Does Not Cut Straight
The trimmer doesn't cut straight if you're trying to use the grids. The fixed bar that the blade glides on is set crooked. Mine was 1/8" off and there is no way to adjust it. If you look closely at the website pictures you can see it's off.

Looks nice but doesn’t cut anything
A user already asked the question about what to do when you press on the handle and it doesn’t cut anything. Some problem here right out if the box. The plastic parts don’t mesh up right and lower the blade. I’ll be taking mine back for a full refund.
