Perfect Office Printer
This printer has been with me since the beginning of the school year. It is compact and does just what I need it to while being fast an efficient. Great purchase.

Failed immediately after warranty
The machine died 15 days after the base warranty expired. Touchscreen started flashing white, sometimes screen displays upside down. Make sure you get the extended warranty!

Good printer
We purchased this for a small business office and the printer worked great for a year. Just after a year we had a problem with the display out of warranty. At first we called Xerox to inquire about getting the printer under an extended support agreement. PRINGINT & COPYING ARE OK BUT SCANNING
I just bought a week ago. Generally speaking, it's a good printer and copy machine but the screen panel is too tiny and the auto feeder only can hold 50 sheets paper. I have to scan a lot of documents so it does not fit my need. I bought another one, B205NI and keep it since there is a 20% restocking fee and taking time to put it back and returning back to Xerox. Inferior to the 3345 model it replaced,
This printer's MFC software has less features than the Xerox 3345 that it replaced in this price range. The address book management and scan to network is less featured, e.g. unable to type in a filename, so a scan will overwrite the previous scan, making the device a lot less convenient as the user has to return to the computer to rename the file after each scan. Expensive toner
The printer if fine but the cost of the toner is ridiculous making this printer too expensive. I regretted that purchase it.

Excellent quality and easy setup
It's ideal for small office use. Fast printing with excellent quality. Easy to follow instructions to setup over Wi-Fi network. Very reliable with no paper jams for heavy loads.

Just What We Needed!
This printer is just what we needed. We recently added some new offices and needed a small printer mainly for printing checks and some occasional copying. This was they perfect size for our smaller office and provided us the privacy of use separate from the main administrative offices.

Multiple problems connecting
We have had multiple problems with connecting and disconnecting from our network. It has been a nightmare trying to get this printer to stay connected and is interrupting our business.

My previous Xerox printer was fantastic, but had run its course; and I needed more functionality. The C315 was the natural choice for my home based consulting business. And I couldn't be happier.

Printer has paper Feeder issues!
I purchased this printer as a replacement for another xerox printer that was having issues with grabbing multiple checks. Well, this printer has the same issue and grabs two pieces of paper randomly. It caused so many issues while I was printing our checks so I had to send this back for a refund. I ended up buying an HP Laserjet and it works perfectly!

Econmy paper and ink, sports car printing

Stay Away!!!
Absolutely Horrible! Scanner software simply doesn't work or will start to then freeze. Manual paper tray feeder does not work, You can only copy and print but this is at an extremely slow pace.
