All you should ever need in a printer!
Before we got this printer, we just had the standard printer that could print a document, no bells and whistles included. But this printer, by Brother, sets the bar very high for any future printers that I’d ever consider.
First of all, it prints incredibly fast! And that might make some people worry that it’s speed might hinder its quality, but that’s not the case....

Won’t connect to the internet
This machine is not Apple friendly which is so frustrating.

Fast, Clear & Flawless
I love this printer! Two- sided printing is flawless. Printing on a 4x6 card awesome! Thank you, Brother for developing another great Printer!

Solid, high performance printer up to ledger size
Great printer, with a couple of minor issues. The colors are vivid, the speed is fast. And the ink applications seems to be very efficient. However, we initiate a lot of scans from the printer control to two computers. Love it! But...
I love these printers for the value and the ink last a long time. The only issue I've had with these series is the tray that you can take out and put back in. It's never fit properly on the MFC series and they really need to look at upgrading the tray as it really doesn't have a good latch on and it's always a problem.

Quick Printing!
This is a nice printer- it prints quickly and clearly. I haven’t needed to scan anything yet, so can’t evaluate that. I appreciate that it regularly runs a cleaning cycle. The only downside is that it is loud, but still a 5 star rating because customer support is absolutely excellent!

Brother Printer
printer takes minutes to print color and black and white documents. Sheets do not print in order. Loses signal from internet fast. Once sheets print it does print clear.

Never got printer thar was ordered

Disappointed with the Brother MFC-J5855DW.
Unfortunately, prior to purchasing your product, I didn’t read all the capabilities of your equipment.
I do a lot printing of 11x17 documents. Your product seems to very good, but I need printer that I can scan 11x17 actual paper documents.

Great unit, id reccomend to anyone!
Love this printer! It does everything I need it too, which is a mix of color flyers and 11x17 color calendars.
My only issie is that the ink that came with it is a bit duller than the other color copiers in the building, but thats not a real issue. Colors just don't "pop" like they do on everyone else printer, could just be the batch of ink i got with the printer.

Works Great, but does not auto-duplex 11x17
Works well. Does not jam easily. Print (text) is clear. Does not consume vast amounts of ink. Printable are is good—only requires a 3mm margin. However, I needed it to duplex 11x17 and it does not do this. If duplexing is important to you, review the specification section: "Printer Specifications" which gives the sizes that *are* auto-duplexed ("Letter, Executive, A4, A...
