Very nice unit!

I have been using an older casio HR-100TM that was at my office when I arrived 15 years ago. That machine finally broke in the printing mechanism. This calculator is a nice upgrade with a date/time function. However! I had to go out to you tube to figure out how to set it.. the instructions are not good at all. It is a great machine and much more quiet than my last one...

An old-fashioned 10-key calculator with paper tape.

You read that right! Some of us “accounting types” still use a 10 key calculator with a peper tape — and digital display. The Casio model fills the bill just fine.

Noisy

Display and print are nicely legible, and the size is nice. The print however seems to lag and, most importantly, is very loud. It is too loud to use in an office environment where others are also working.

Casio (HR-300RC) Calculator

As a professional accountant, I'm used to using a 10 key calculator. This is not the same quality as the one that I had nor as fast. The print function is slow compared the previous Casio.

It was good while it lasted

Great little calculator, but after just 15-months of fairly light use, today it died in the middle of an entry.
I guess 15-months is worth 3-stars.

Works Great!

This product works great. Just as expected. I read several reviews that said it was lout. It is not. It is actually quieter than some adding machines I have had in the past. It is also very stylish on my desk, It was super easy to get set up and setting the functions to my liking. The only thing I wish Quill did was to put the amount of paper that comes with the machine...
