Great scanner
This scanner is very easy to use and fast. It’s a great solution to archive piles of documents. Is wireless and can also work without a pc by using a flash drive. You can also scan double sided documents. It also remove any blank documents should you put them in the pile by mistake.

Do not recommend
Would not recommend. Interface is awful, screen is terrible. Scanner is slow and support is no good. Love my Brother printers but this expensive scanner is awful. Brother should get a Raven scanner and take note of GUI interface and scanner screen

You can't use all the features
When I'm scanning 2-sided documents that are smaller than 8.5"x11", the scanner automatically flips them on the right edge instead of the left edge. I have to fix the scans in Adobe Acrobat. This problem only happens when I use the scanner's desktop software, iPrint&Scan.

Do not buy this scanner
Spent a lot of money on this fancy scanner thinking it would be better than my Fujitscu Scansnap (that also sometimes glitches), but it has numerous problems scanning large documents. It does not scan the second page of a large file, and several pages will show up blank as well. Just a poorly designed product from Brother. Do not waste your money buying it.

It's super fast!
It took a LOT of downloading to get the scanner to do what we needed it to do for work, but once we got past all of that, this machine flies when loading documents. I have never seen a scanner go that fast! It does not jam and it sends the documents to the destination within seconds. It is heavy duty and very efficient.

Bitter-Sweet with a grain of salt
Its super-fast, image quality is amazing, however there are no compression controls making the files too big to send over e-mail. must use google drive to pivot files around.
It's extremely archaic software interphase and it is very hard to upgrade, even when connecting the USB cable directly to the computer... definitely not a plug and play.

Fast and efficient!
I love how compact this system is. It is very easy to unpack and set up. The convenience of being able to fit on smaller desks or surfaces is wonderful. The machine works extremely fast and proficient. One page to multiple pages T this machine has never let me down. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to save time while scanning in the office or home.

User friendly
This scanner has the capability to scan many documents at great speed. I scan a lot of documents daily working from home and this scanner has been able to keep up with the workload. Wow!
I've used this a few times and I am still amazed by its speed and efficiency. I love how small it is too. I was actually expecting it to be larger but it is easy to move and can fit right on my desk. It is light and easy to move also. It has a nice display screen. I love that I am able to send the documents right to my email and it show up within a minute.

Great for Work From Home
I love this for my new at home office, it scans reports, referrals, and documents in a flash and uploads them right to the file you want so you can email them at ease. It's extremely more useful than a fax and in my opinion much quicker. Every office that deals with mounds of paperwork definitely would run smoother with one.

Amazing features!
This scanner works great for my at home business. The quality of the print looks amazing and crisp. It does not take any time for the machine to scan the file and send it to the computer. The touch screen display makes using the scanner a breeze. Highly recommend!

Extremely fast!
