This Canon MAXIFY GX7021 Wireless MegaTank Small Office All-in-One Printer is easy to set up and use. The LCD touch control panel lets me easily customize the settings. The ink was easy to put in each chamber with no mess. It holds a large quantity of ink so it will last a very long time. I like that I don’t have to buy ink cartridges. Durability sticks for this price !
I bought this in July 2022 @ $700 , In November 2023 the print head failed. Past the 12 month warranty. Option to buy a print head that cost over $250, not an option because it was not available anywhere. Very expensive boat anchor now. Internet has lots of similar reports. Durability is not there....I had printed 2700 pages when it failed.....far from what Canon puts...

Way Too Many Jams
Print quality is good. Cost of cartridges is attractive too. HOWEVER, the printer jams and mis-feeds constantly, especially duplex printing. Unfortunately by the time I got the old printer switched out and began using this one regularly, the return window had passed.

Great features, great prints, horrible durability.
Printhead failed in less than two years. Lucky to be within the 3 year warranty but still extremely disappointing.
They intentionally build these with weaker print heads than cartridge printers.
They either want to make money off overpriced cartridges, or hardware failure.

Need a updated model that fixes the flaws with the output tray size.
I type a lot, I bought it July 28, 2023. It's been 4 months since I've been actively using it. I've already printed 8900 sheets. I'm printing from Windows 10 operating system.

It's Fashion, however, too early to tell
I have used GX7020 before and it comes with 2 extra black ink which is missing on this modal.

Specs are wrong: no Legal size in cassettes
The specs for the GX7021 are wrong. Neither cassette 1 nor 2 can load Legal size paper. Cassette 1: A5, B5, A4, Letter. Cassette 2: A4, Letter. The specs should be fixed immediately.
Also, the Canon provided install procedure fails for Fedora 36 Linux. It is possible to install the printer on Fedora 36, but it requires Linux sysadmin skills.

Fast, Easy and quiet
This is my first Canon printer and my first tank printer; I am very pleased so far (1 week). It was very easy to set up, especially with a USB cable. The ink filling was fast, easy, no-fuss, no mess. It took longer to read the legalese than it did to set up the printer. It seems very solid in terms of build (it is also a hefty 28-30 pounds).

No Borderless Printing
I cannot below there is absolutely no borderless printing on this printer. Now I have to return this thing. The quality of the pictures I printed are no better than my old OfficeJet Pro from 10 years ago. The only difference is that there is a border where as the OfficeJet Pro had none. CANON MAXIFI GX7021 will not power on.
This was delivered today. Fresh out of the box, plugged in, and it will not power on. I repeatedly followed the troubleshooting instructions to no avail. I could get no support, and the only support was from some chat group that wanted me to pay for support. Very poor product and worse support. I do not have time to deal with these defective products.

Does not print borderless! :(
If you're looking for a printer that has an option for borderless printing, this isn't the one for you. I discovered that after I bought it and spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with Canon tech support. Very disappointed!
