Incorrect luggage sizes stated on website
I purchased a freeform large spinner based on the sizing stated on the samsonite website.
It was stated as 31.1 inches tall but what came was only 29 inches tall including wheels. Other dimensions inaccurate as well.

Disappointing!
Just bought 2 Freeform Large Spinners that are advertised with "Overall Dimensions: 31.1 in. x 20.9 in. x 13.8 in." All of these 3 dimensions do not much actual measurements regardless of how you extend the retractable handles. Actual dimensions as measured in the attached photos are: 29-7/8" x 20" x 12". Cheap and hard to roll
I bought the 28 large after looking at all the reviews and comparing suitcases. The suitcase is extremely hard to roll and the handle is flimsy and doesn’t have many adjustment heights. It is awkward and seems a lot cheaper than it looks online. I would not buy again and plan to return my unused 21/28 combo purchase.

Great Product, but Exceeds Airlines' Maximum Size
I like it and ordered it because I love the color. Unfortunately I will have to return it because I just found out (thankfully before my travel) that the overall measurement exceeds my carrier's maximum size specification for checked-in luggage). misrepresentation, it does not measure 31 inches in any which way but it filters as a 31" extra large. It is only a large. The dimensions on the website are incorrect

Lightweight yet durable!
Solid, yet extremely lightweight. Plenty of room, plus the expansion helps with this few extras that inevitably make it back after a trip! Price point is great as well!

Top notch quality, low weight
We bought 3 of these for our trip to Canada. With the weight limit for flights we needed something sturdy and light weight, which fit the bill in strides.

Durable. light weight. Lots of room. overall a good item.
I wish it had a closable interior flap on BOTH sides so that if the suitcase pops open smaller items will not fall out. The elastic straps are good for bigger items of clothing, but not small items.

Great bag!
I love this bag! I recently returned from a European vacation and it held up well. I purchased it in white, so it did get quite scuffed up as a checked bag, but I'm hoping it will clean up well with some 409 or something similar. Otherwise, it's a study bag. Poor quality handle and plastic.
I bought this June 2024 to use first time for cruise to Alaska for sea/land tour. The handle was absolutely horrible. Huge capacity and wheels very freely.
Holds a whole lot of stuff.. packed it full and it only weighed 42 lbs at airport. Wheels around really easily.
