Recent purchase
We ordered 2 of the same and I took one on a trip and the zipper broke and I lost contents on the plane. Returning the item is difficult as I dont have the box it came in and cant buy one that big. Waiting for customer service to get back to me.

Solid performing spinner

Buy it!
Beautiful color, lightweight and perfect size. For it being on the larger size of luggages I thought it would weigh but honestly it is super light weight!

Just bought another Freeflow Large Spinner!
Great sturdy luggage and smart looking. I purchased a year or so ago and had an issue with the wheel. It was repaired under warranty! Thank you!

Looks great and built well
I received it and it appears to be built well and durable. I haven’t taken it on a trip yet but look forward to using it.
It moves with ease on those wheels and the space is more than adequate. It is a huge upgrade from a suitcase I bought online a few years back from a “no name “ company that has taken a beating.

Open Sesame
We ordered online from Samsonite. Process was fine . Suitcase arrived locked with no way to open it, no literature on how to unlock it. No key. We decided to return.

Great suitcase a
I originally was worried about the suitcase being too big, but one i received it and compared to my outgoing suitcase it was just right. Light weight, easy to maneuver, and plenty of space on the inside!
