Great monitor that fits my workspace
Of course I wanted a 27" but it wouldn't fit in my work area. I did a ship to store and it arrive a day early. Comes with an HDMI cable and only took less that 15 minutes to assemble, about 5 minutes to set up with PC. VERY happy. It is just being used for work (Excel spreadsheets, Word docs, email, web surfing) and is perfect for me.

Staples was great, HP not so much.
The monitor had a great picture, but no buttons for adjusting brightness, contrast, or anything else. You have to download software to make adjustments. I did, installed it, and the software said it couldn't read the data. After 1-2 hours with HP tech support, and getting the runaround from one department to another several times, they finally said they could forward me...

It lasted until 05/25. Just over a year, does not seem good enough to me.

Good monitor for working at home
Pros: plug and play, good picture
Cons: was hard to initially find the power button. It’s not on the front or back BUT on the bottom edge (facing floor). The included directions have a picture that is so vague and thus useless. The area it shows was actually the menu navigation ‘compass’ buttons. Once I found it, it’s easy to toggle power on or off

mu first time using a curved monitor
This monitor was so simple to set up and use right away. When I unpacked it, it was so lightweight (compared to my previous monitor) that I was afraid that might have meant it was inferior quality, but it’s an excellent monitor with great color accuracy and crispness. And this curve — it’s genius!
